How to Change the Default Weight Limit for Shipping?

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:30PM in CRM 2 comments

Hi,

In Suiteanswers section, I've read that "shipping via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground has a weight limit of 150 lbs per package" added as example (in the link below)

https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24568/loc/en_US

My question is: Can we set another weight limit to divide the boxes of?

example: (if I have an order with weight 200 lb, it will be divided into boxes (150 + 50) based on the wiegh limit of 150, can I make it to be divided into 3 boxes as of 75 + 75 + 50)?

So, the weight limit will be 75 instead of 150 as an example?

If so, how can I change the weight limit?
