Why Add to Car GA4 event not populating?

Hello,

We have migrated to GA4 from UA. UA was installed in the GTM, but decided to make it simple and use the website configuration tab in SC instead. I have linked our GA4 account into netsuite via the website configuration tab. The views, page view, purchase and most things are reporting just have not figured out why Add to Cart and Items Viewed will not populate.

Any one else experiencing this issue?

We are using SC 2022.2.1 currently.
