How to resolve the NS Connector Error upon Shopify Gift card redeemed NetSuite?
Hello,
I got stuck with an issue when posting a Shopify order that had a Gift Card redemption to NetSuite. The error message on the NetSuite connector (FarApp) says, “the total cannot be negative.” However, the total order is a positive number. Do you have any idea how to fix this?
