How Online Case Form sync with customers records?
Hi,
I created an external online case form through NetSuite Setup > Support > Online Case Forms and embed it in my website.
But each time I receive a case in my NetSuite, it shows my customer information as duplicated records, is there any way to sync customer information (email or phone) with my records and link it (not duplicate).
Or is there any way to limit case form to just receive from logged-in customers?
