How to Remove Correlated Items from PDP?

Hi,

I am getting items that don't make sense on the correlated section. How can I remove them entirely?

I cant figure out how to remove the section entirely. If there is a way please share..

Instead I tried changing it on Website Setup Upsell and changed it to "Show Only Related Items" . But the item is still showing up. Is it some sort of index that has to happen first in order for it to work?
