How to allow SCA users the ability to choose the unit of measurement for each item they order?

Hello,

We'd like for users to be able to choose their own unit of measurement when placing orders on our SCA site. We'd like to have it default to each, but then have the ability of choosing from a drop-down list the other available units of measure within our NetSuite account. Is this something that is doable?
