NetSuite Connector: How to Resolve NetSuite and Shopify Connector Refund Shipping Cost error?

Need help, knowledge, guidance on receiving a NetSuite Error using Shopify Connector app, stating the below:

"Need to set up shipping, to refund only the shipping; by setting the CashRefundShippingItem mapping (preferred). Or by setting the AccountDetailNSShippingChargeItemNumber!"
