In SCA, why Orders not showing when logged in?
Here is a crazy one for you -
This AM our customer service rep (CSR) messaged me about a customer not being able to see any of their purchases online. I confirmed by logging in that they were not showing up. I tried again about 4 hrs later (1pm est) and it looks like all their orders are now showing up. I looked at the system information for this customer and nothing has changed.
Any ideas on why this would happen? It was even more strange because with our CSR signed in with the customers login this AM -- it showed the order. But when I signed in as the customer I saw nothing.
