How to resolve the Bug in NetSuite for Mobile Expense Reporting?
I'm testing out the mobile app for our environment and can't seem to submit an expense report. Any time I do, I get a popup that says "Please enter value(s) for: Currency, Amount". If I disable Multi Currency, then it just says "Please enter value(s) for: , Amount" (with the comma).
The currency and amount are filled out on each expense and on the main form and in the totals.
The error appears if I try to submit. It'll appear if I try to click on an entered expense, but then the expense disappears and I cannot move forward. (For image 3, I touched the "gasoline" line and this was the result after clicking OK on the pop-up.)
