Why Bridge theme responsive layout has a 1px wide glitch?

If you resize your browser window so the document is exactly 982px wide, then the SuiteCommerce "Bridge" theme responsive layout gets messed up really badly, at least on the Reorder Items page.

This is not an issue, but I think at least one of the media queries in the Bridge stylesheets is off by 1px.

I don't know where to report these kinds of low-priority bugs, so I'm posting it here.
