How to return drop ship item?
A customer needs to return 1 item out of five from a drop shipped order. All 5 items were on the same drop ship PO to the same vendor. This particular item is one we routinely stock so we want to receive it into inventory.
I went to the Invoice, clicked Authorize return and filled out the RA. I went to receive the RA, checked Restock and noticed the bin location box is blank and the popup selector does not popup when clicked and typing the bin number in by hand does nothing. When I hit save it throws 2 errors. (see below)
