How to print Non inventory itemin the Custom picking template in Netsuite?

Hi All,

I'm trying to print the picking ticket from the Sales order and few non inventory item's are missing (they don't have value for fullfilled/on hand in the prefernce tab).

(Items in the Sales order with preference)

But when I print the Sales order the same items are printing in the template.

(Sales order Print)


(Picking ticket Print)



Does anyone know faced the same or any suggestion would be helpful.
