NSC | How to Show Non-Inventory Items in Printing Picking Ticket

Scenario: Users may need to see the Non-Inventory Items in Print Picking Ticket since by default this is not shown.

Solution: There are some instances that users may need to fulfil non-inventory items, these could be replacement to be shipped to customers. To do this check the following steps:

1. Go to the Item Record of the affected Item.

2. Under Preference subtab > Can be fulfilled/received field has to be set to TRUE.


Check if it can be seen in the list now. If it can still not be seen, check the Accounting Preference by doing below:

1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Pref > Order Management
