Import Sales orders via CSV for a service Item

We have a service item we sell at a monthly fee.

For the start of the new year I would like to create a CSV file in which we create a sales order for this service item for multiple customers.

Import of drop ship sales orders is possible, but since the service item has no inventory location this import does not work for the service item.

Sertiing Inventory location to " Null" is not working as well.
