How to create a condition for Standalone Invoice/Bill Approval Workflow?

Hi,

I am having some trouble with creating a standalone bill approval workflow.

  • how do I include this in the condition? - Would I have to create a saved search and use as a saved search condition? If so, please let me know how to create the saved search.
