Drag option is not available in the Message Record.

I am trying to bring in the Drag and Drop option in the email record but I am unable to use the Drag option, only the Drop is available. Also, on trying to Drop the file, NS keeps prompting me to select a Target Folder even after setting the Target Folder. I want to be able to Drag and Drop the files in the Email record. I have also attached below the snips for your reference. Please advise.
