Invalid merchandise description of package

Hi Gurus,

I was fulfilling an item using UPS integration which used to be working fine and then every time I try fulfilling with the same shipping item and doing the exact steps I get this error: Invalid merchandise description of package

your help is highly appreciated as we cannot ship any items.
