Open Transfer Orders not visible on Planning Workbench

Hello,

We are setting up Supply Planning. On the Planning Workbench I expect to see open transfer orders (TOs that are in Pending Fulfillment/Pending Receipt Status) in the ON-ORDER column for the items, but I am not seeing any data in this column.


What setting or data point needs to be set to have a quantity come through on the ON-ORDER column?
