Pick Task-Failed to Generate Item Fulfillment Record due to staging bin

We are currently facing an issue with a singular sku during the sales order picking process.

A 'Single Order' picking wave will be created and a processor will pick the released order utilizing the WMS Mobile app. Once the pick tasks are completely picked on a sales order it is staged in the outbound staging bin 'Pack Staging'. When a particular sku is staged in the 'Pack Staging' bin it throws the following error, "Failed to Generate Item Fulfillment Record" with the message, [The following bin numbers are not available: Item: 1255-11247-BLK, Bin:Pack Staging,Quantity1,On Hand:3, Committed:6].
