Missing recipient in email
Hi,
We created a customization wherein an email will be sent to Internal Team B from Internal Team A -- whenever a transaction line item (checkbox) is ticked upon editing and then saving a sales order.
Steps:
- Edit SO
- Tick custom transaction line item
- Save SO
- Email is sent from Internal Team A to Internal Team B
- Internal Team B will reply (image below is what they see)
6. Internal Team A will reply to Team B's response from earlier (image below is what they see)
Questions:
- Why is Internal Team B's email address no longer shown in the "To" field when team A will respond back in step#6? Is it a standard behavior?
