US Sales Tax on Sales order doesn't match the tax from the NetSuite Invoice
Hi,
I have found a few instances of this but not specifically the same as our situation.
We have a Shopify Webstore and we connect it to Netsuite using Celigo. Which brings the sales orders into Netsuite along with payment details.
The Sales Orders are created perfectly to match the Shopify Sale. We collect Sales Tax in CA, SC & FL where we have a nexus.
Attached are sales order and invoice examples as well as our Tax Set up in Netsuite. Is there a way to override Netsuite and what it wan't to charge as sales tax and just pull through the numbers from the Sales Order?
