Cybersource Payment token saved on Sales Order
We have a custom ecommerce website. When the sales order is created on the website, we create a payment token authorized for the about of the sales order.
The sales order and token information are sent to NetSuite using a custom RestLet.
The business requirement is to have a customer service person review the sales order and approve. Once approved, then we need to capture the funds on the token BEFORE shipment.
The payment tokens can be stored on the Customer record and used on the customer deposit but this gets very messy when there are 10 orders for the same customer.
