Is it possible to customize these password-related templates?
Hello,
We're almost go-live with our webstore. However, we would like to see if it's possible to change a few things related to the password-set up process for our customers as it relates to signing up for access to our webstore.
- The branding on the standard Netsuite password page and standard password email that our customers see while going through the sign up process. All we need is to replace the Netsuite branding with our own, but we can't seem to find the templates responsible for the confirmation email nor the password page.
- The email header off of the password set up confirmation email does not use any of our set-up email settings in both the commerce configuration record and both the company and subsidiary information records. DKIM is also set up.
