Change Customer Name on Invoice
Greetings,
I saw SA 35453, to change to delete the invoice and change the name on the sales order.
like they forgot to give tax exempt certificate so they want the new invoice, how should we approach? without deleting.
there are other scenarios like that we use employee name on the sales order and sometimes it's incorrect employee and they want the whole new invoice not just correct employee name and for audit purpose delete is not option.
