If a Purchase Order is created and prior to receipt, the quantity should be reflected in the quantityonorder of the item record, but it is not.
The status of the Purchase Order is pending receipt, and the item, quantity, and location are well specified. There is no approval workflow.
However, the quantityonorder is null.
It should reflect the quantity of the Purchase Order.
