WMS Picking with Ship Complete Enabled on Sales Orders

Hi everyone,

I'm working with a customer who uses NetSuite WMS and has "Ship Complete" enabled on their Sales Orders. They want to be able to pick committed quantities for these Sales Orders using their handheld devices to prevent the inventory from being allocated to other orders.

However, I've noticed that when "Ship Complete" is checked on a Sales Order, it doesn't appear as available for picking in WMS. I've reviewed the relevant WMS rules and settings, but haven't found a way to allow this.

Has anyone encountered this scenario before? Is there a workaround or setting I'm missing that would allow WMS picking for Sales Orders with "Ship Complete" enabled?
