Match Transactions based on Transaction ID in reconciliation
How can I match Transactions based on Transaction ID in reconciliation, Netsuite does not allow me to select a Transaction ID, it only lets me select a check #. Cash sales do not have a check number.
The Amazon Connector uses the Cash Sale Object to record sales and it does not have a check# field. (We have the same issue with Shopify)
Called support but no luck.
