Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

NSC | Auto Bank Statement Import > Connectivity Connection > Error
Scenario:
After refreshing the Banking Import History page (Transactions > Bank > Banking Import History), the user noticed that the import failed from the SFTP Connectivity. The error message is shown below:
Cause:
The reason that the user received this error is because the SFTP Connectivity plug-in implementation is was not able to initiate a connection to the financial institution’s server.
Solution:
The user will be able to configure the SFTP connection in NetSuite by providing one or both information
- Digital Certificate or Private Key
- Password
If the financial institution mandates two-factor authentication, ensure you provide both pieces of information to successfully connect to its server. Additionally, the user can establish a file naming pattern that allows the SFTP Connectivity plug-in to identify which files to import into NetSuite.
