Sitebuilder off line?

I have two Sitebuilder websites and it is not possible for customers to place order or log into either site. The site are up but the login/checkout is broken.

If you look at either

www.lampspecs.co.uk

or

www.ledlightbulbs.co.uk

and click login you immediately get "Invalid domain."

Both these sites have been running for around 10+ years and the Lampspecs site stopped working yesterday but the Ledlightbulbs site seems to have stopped on the 26th April

Is this a general error is there a defect for this, has Netsuite changed something?

I have created a case for this
