Duplicate Sales Orders generated

Hi,

We have subscriptions where duplicate sales orders were created in the UI with the same date and time stamp, but different Sales order numbers. We are not sure how this could have happened other than if the user clicked Save button twice. Is this a bug or a known issue in NetSuite?


We need to identify duplicate records but also prevent it from happening, please advise.
