Mapping to record.subTotal not available

We have Maxio installed and integrated with NetSuite to process our subscription contracts, invoices and revenue recognition. We recently created a second Maxio instance for a subsidiary we will be transacting through. The integration of our main instance is mapped to get invoices from NetSuite and there is a record.subTotal field that I have mapped so that it brings in the proper pretax subTotal. However, when mapping the second (most recent) instance for my second subsidiary, I am unable to map the field as it does not appear in the field mapping list from NS. I
