Clarification on “End of support test window is ongoing” message in NetSuite Connector
Hello,
We are seeing the following message displayed at the top of the NetSuite Connector dashboard:
End of support test window is ongoing. Data syncs are disabled for affected NetSuite Connector bundles. Click here for more information.
We have a few concerns regarding this message:
- The message is not selectable and the "Click here" link is not clickable.
- Upon extracting the URL manually via browser inspector (https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1013124), the link returns a 404 error page:
“Oops! Sorry we can't find what you were looking for.”
We would like to ask:
- What does this message actually mean?
