Question on system@sent-via.netsuite.com and responses
Hi!
Looking for any ideas on how to handle responses to emails from NetSuite.
I have DKIM set up for our Domains and in a Ready status in our Production instance.
Brief overview how we handle emails at our company:
We email Quotes, Order Confirmations, Shipping Confirmations, Invoices, Statements, etc. out of NetSuite.
When the customer responds to that email, it is captured in NetSuite as a response on that Transaction.
And
We have a bunch of Mail Flow Rules and Email Forwarding Rules set up in Exchange that send those emails to a POC in CXOne (Nice inContact) which is our Call Center Software.
