Unable to Retrieve Delivery Status from Shipping Carriers (FedEx/UPS/USPS) in NetSuite
We are using shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS within NetSuite. While these carriers provide tracking URLs and tracking numbers, we are facing an issue where NetSuite does not provide the actual delivery status (e.g., “Delivered”).
Current Situation:
- Item Fulfillment records contain tracking numbers ✔️
- Tracking URLs are available ✔️
- However, delivery status is not updated or accessible in NetSuite ❌
Our Requirement:
We need to:
- Determine when an order is delivered

- Is there any native way in NetSuite to retrieve delivery status from carriers?
- Has anyone successfully implemented delivery tracking using:
