NetSuiteは、手動か自動かに関係なく、銀行インポートの進行状況をモニターするための強力なツールをユーザーに提供します。この機能にアクセスするためのステップバイステップ・ガイドを次に示します。
- 「ホーム」メニューに移動し、「パーソナライズ」を選択します。
- 「リスト」オプションを選択します。
- 「リスト」ポートレットで、「設定」をクリックします。
- 「銀行取引明細書インポート」を検索し、「保存」をクリックします。
設定すると、「銀行取引明細書インポート履歴」ポートレットに次の情報が表示されます。
- ファイル名
- インポート・ステータス
- インポート日
- 完了日
- インポートを実行したユーザー
- 影響を受けるNetSuiteアカウント
- インポートされたトランザクションの数
各インポートの詳細を詳しく調べるには、目のアイコンをクリックします。このアクションにより、次のことが示されます。
- ファイルに含まれるトランザクションのリスト
- 正常にインポートされたトランザクションの数
- 自動照合済トランザクションの件数
- 重複トランザクションの数(ある場合)
この知識により、ユーザーはインポートの問題を効率的に識別し、だれが最新のインポート処理を実行したかを迅速に判断できます。
