Hi User_HWW8S, As per checking, you can only add the printing forms to a sales order transaction form if they are for sales order. We suggest you try and create a similar print form for sales orders. -Lyka

Hi Vajrala Madhu Reddy, Based on my testing, it appears that you might be removing the Primary Subsidiary setup in the Lead record which by system design, you will not be allowed to do, thus, the Remove option is greyed out.
