Hello Sivasubramaniam, Did you try the same setting on your Home>Set Preferences>Restrict View? We don't have subsidiaries so I do not see the option (I only see Departments, Locations, Classes) but you may also have Subsidiary. 🤞

You will have to preserve any values currently on the records and repopulate them after the list is created because changing a field type could clear the values currently in the field.

RichardMc Does your item.currentstandardcost have multiple standard costs? Duplicate lines are displayed when field values are unique. You may solve it by using Summary Type ( Max or Min (whichever is appropriate) to return one line.

User_IJB6M It doesn't look like the field is modifiable as delivered. It defaults to the employee completing it. Your Administrator may be able to enable the field using a simple workflow, if your business process requires it. Best Wishes
