Tip # 3 On the Dunning Templates, you can choose to not attach Customer Statements and Invoices to Dunning Letters. You just have to clear the Attach Statement and Attach Copies of Invoices checkboxes. These checkboxes are marked as default so you have to manually clear these on the Dunning Templates you use.

Hi Gaurav, This is for users that find it difficult to select the Internal IDs one by one on the Internal ID field. It's true that you can just also use the Internal ID (number), however, if you will add a bunch of Internal IDs, this is confusing and you have to add multiple fields for each Internal ID. 😊
