That's the opposite of what the client wants. They want a KPI, but if it's a limitation, I will let them know.
-
You can't sort by chronological order since it's a string. I need chrono sorting.
-
This doesn't allow for sorting in chronological order (ascending or descending) since that returns a string.
-
It looks like there is an initial run when you change those settings, but it took a few hours for things to populate. We can close this.
-
Nice idea!
-
Yes, that is correct. I verified it is the reason for it. We can close it.
-
Yes. I think this is a bit risky, given that we have many subsidiaries. I've passed this along with my concerns. Thanks!
-
I did. We have customized roles, I just meant they're based off the standard roles. Apologies if that was misleading. I will await and see if this can be achieved with other means. I've already told my team it may not be possible.
-
I don't know what NSAW is. These are just ops users. We are using standard NS roles and want to control access to people's ability to change the Bill To address on transactions.
-
Thank you. I have deleted the needed records. You can close this out.
-
No, that is precisely what I needed to know. Thank you very much. I just want to be able to bring back the appropriate instructions to my team. Thank you! You can close this out, now.
-
I suppose I'm asking what the NS best practice is for changing quantities that come after the initial SO has been fulfilled at least partially? I know NS does not like changing quantities after the fact.
-
I don't know if closing the line is the right move. I just want to know how to best handle adjusting quantities on the SO for an unfulfilled line on an interco transaction.
-
My thought was, if the SO can't be changed and we don't want to delete the IF (which does not contain the item they want to reduce the qty. for), then we could just fulfill the 20 at some point in the future and then bill for 20. Wouldn't that allow us to close the original 23 quantity line on the SO and finish the process?
-
Yes, that's what I have explained to my team. Thank you. You can close this out.
-
How would you recommend reducing the qty. then? Close out the line and invoice for just the 20?
-
There is no way to change it?
-
This is going to cause confusion for our customers across subsidiaries.
-
Message and Disclaimer. These appear to be some kind of standard field. In lieu of that, how do you edit the text in a custom field? See screenshot.
-
Is there really no documentation on this?
-
We can close this for now. I've been pulled on to other requests.
-
I was able to resolve this by using the Sales Order record as my base. I could then do joins on the IF and pull results from SO, IF, and Invoice.
-
No, that didn't apply either, unfortunately. Thank you for your help.
-
It is already linked. So that is not the issue. Any other thoughts?
-
Sorry, I've been busy with other issues. I will check it tomorrow.
-
Thank you. They went with Option #2.
-
I think we may need to just move to a wholly different base report or a new saved search. I'll let them know. You can close this.
-
What about before they were billed? All of these are Partially/Pending Fulfilled and NOT billed.
-
That is not the report they are using, though. They're using a different report. Sales by Customer. Does the same apply to that report? I presume the issue is being caused by the discount line?
-
I will check it today and get back with you. I have been busy with the launch of a project.
