Hi, Yes. The Triggering Client Field would be parent. To be sure of what field to be used, on the record, you click on the field name you are trying to use on the workflow. The ID should show if it is enabled on your end. Thank you, Joahnna

Hi, I am referring to Payment Due Date and Payment Due Month records since those are the ones you need to check the System Notes. Basically, all of the records that exist or Custom Records do have Notes/System Notes. Hope this helps.

Hi, For the unicode that is used on the PDF, you may check the fonts being used in our Advanced PDF Template. You can check it navigate to Customization > Forms > Advanced PDF Template/HTML Template and click on edit or customize so that you may be able to see or base your pdf on the Advanced PDF Template. Hi, For the checkbox, it would only update every 30mins or more. There is no way we can update it after saving. Also, it will be checked as long as the record is in the result of the saved search created. Hope this clarifies it. Thank you, Joahnna
