I'm having trouble getting the item internal ID like how your mapping shows. When I select Item Internal ID from the field, the customer internal Id pops up instead of how yours show above.

Hi Joy, would it be possible to just import the amount under Socorro Contract price level? I don't want the changes to affect the base price and the P1-P9 level. I have a specific dollar amount for just that customer.

Sorry Joahnna, I'm a bit confused, I thought you said I couldn't select two of the same transaction type form. So even if I remove the make copy on the new form I created, I couldn't select preferred along with the existing preferred form
