Oh so the condition has to be set for each class not all 4 combined? I knew I did something wrong.

I've set up a total of 4 classes... This is how I set each one...

Hi Pauline, They all show Water Treatment under class and that's not the case. Again, it only auto populate if I create the sales order from new not through the customer profile.

Hi Micah, Why does it include 2021 if I select my dates from 01/01/20-12/31/20?

It's also selecting the wrong class for the customers....this customer is supposed to be Direct Sales not Water Treatment. Did I set up wrong?

Hi Pauline, It only works if I select a blank sales order then select my customer like how you have it above. It won't auto fill if I select the customer from the profile then go to generate the sales order from there.

Hi Pauline, Do I need to do a separate workflow for quotes as well or is there a drop down to select both sales order and quote? Thanks, Liz

Hey Pauline, I don't see a preferred checked next to any of these vendor bill.

I don't really need the employee name on the bill just the purchase order which we've already established. Would it be possible for me to remove it from the bill?

Hi Pauline, I would like to revisit this customer class code again. So I noticed that in the customer profile, it's listed as a customer class but our sales order shows class. I think I got kind of missed up when I was following your steps, is there a difference?

Hello Pauline, I noticed the employee box is showing error when I create a bill for the purchase order, I'm assuming this info link to each other. Could you please advise on how I should fix this. Thanks, Liz

Ok Pauline, I found the issue. I noticed there is a bracket by the employee default value on yours but not mine. It's all good now! Thank you so much for your help!!!

Jack, I opened the txt you provided and it's blank. I don't see the 2 byte space. Sorry I feel really stupid for not understanding what you want me to do.

I tried adjusting the columns and it didn't move the signature down. I need the signature to move in the center of the box, not move the box itself.

Jack, I have it all figured out. Not sure if you can assist with this other matter but do you know how I can lower the highlighted verbiage to give room for signature. Thanks, Liz
