@Ivy Lopez-Oracle Ahhh you are correct. Does anyone have another solution for finding missed tickets that have been printed? The problem with our process is that sales creates one sales order and does multiple fulfillments over time as product arrives and is allocated.

Thanks!@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle

Thanks @Shamaine Chan-Oracle. We ended up refunding the incorrect Cash Sale and creating a separate SO and fulfilled and billed.

Hi @Micah Timbol-Oracle Thank you for the mention. I am the NetSuite Administrator for Predator Group, the #1 Pool Cue manufacturer in the world. I have been with them 2 1/2 years, right after they went live with NetSuite. I had previously worked with NS for 7 years, but that company did not manufacture or inventory any…

@Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle Thank you for the quick response. I just figured out why I was not seeing the information. Because I am using my same information as one of my test companies, the duplicate detection just kept updating the customer record that was already in the system. It is not under the name I was using for…

I just figured it out. Setup>Support>Case Profile. My coworker changed it last week and didn't tell me. Accounting wanted to verify the email isn't still being used by NS. I did a test case and it is using the new address. I was so confused trying to figure this one out. LOL Thanks for the help. I pointed me in the right…

@Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle Thanks but that only applies to my settings. I ran a search of emails sent and can tell it is being used. Would you happen to know where this would generate from? I thought I checked everywhere in Support regarding Cases
-
@Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle I have checked all the places I know of under setup. Like this for Case Profile. I am just not sure how many spots are in NS using a From Name with an email address set.

@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thank you for the information!

Hi @Micah Timbol-Oracle The search did help but it wasn't exactly what she was looking for to give the Auditors. She was looking for more of a Payment receipt she could print. I advised her that we are not able to get to something like that using Journal Entries as payments. I appreciate your help!
-
Thanks @Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle I created a search showing all Journal Entries and the transaction it was applied to. But she this was her response. partially. this is a great for me to see if I need to find anything, but it still doesn't give the PYMT document showing credit applied to the invoices I don't know of a way…

@JohnCirocco Thank you for the help today. You Rock!

@JohnCirocco So there is nothing I can set to enable them to be able to Create the Custom Segment? I will need to do that and then give them permission on the custom segment?
-
Thanks @JohnCirocco! You are always a lifesaver!

@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle THANK YOU ?

@Ivy Lopez-Oracle I had an AHA moment this morning and tried exporting all the sales orders with items and line ID's. I then imported the items back in and set to the commit line as a Default Value to Do Not Commit. This worked like a charm. Just in case anyone else asks this question. ?

Thank you for the information @Ivy Lopez-Oracle

Thanks @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle I appreciate the help :)

Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Thank you for following up. No I was not able to get the missing transaction to pick up on the search. The order that is missing was imported from Magento, but the ones that are showing came over via the same process. Not sure what is excluding it from the search.
-
@Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Some of the sales orders with voided authorizations showed up, but not all of them. Here is the results on the saved search. Appreciate your assistance
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thank you so much! That is great information. I appreciate all of your help and guidence. ?

-
@Mikko De La Fuente-Oracle I just opened a case with them.
-
@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Thanks so much! I did not know we could delete records that way.
-
Hi @John Griffin I tested in our sandbox and the Techfino Mass Deletion Script will delete the customer record as long as there are no dependent records. Thank you for your help!
-
Ahhh I did not think about that. Let me test it in our Sandbox @John Griffin
