After further review, we found that transferring assets between Intercompany Accounts is not possible right now. It will cause an error because asset transfers only create regular journal entries. Are you referring to the Match Bank Data page where imported Bank transactions and NetSuite transactions are being matched and submitted for review?

It can actually be set on the bill before you propose it. If it doesn't show even after you have edited the bill, you can do this instead: Navigate to Fixed Assets > Transactions > Manage Asset Proposal Asset Proposal in question: Click Edit Click General Location: Select the correct Location Click Save

Hello! Apologies. yes, the message was not inserted. On the SuiteAnswers Article that you have provided, it explains that if you have multiple credit card accounts, you can select the default account to be used on the Accounting Preferences or on the Employee Record. So in the Employee record, you can select it here:

A transaction with the same internal ID / external ID may have already been created. Try checking that.
