Hello there. As documented in SuiteAnswers: "A reversal interest journal entry will be recorded to reverse the interest expense recorded to lease payments after the effective date of modification". Read more about it here: Modifying Lease Records.

Hello there. As of the moment, this is logged as enhancement and is documented in Enhancement: 78379 List > Search > Saved Searches > To be able to create a custom schedule for saved searches.
