It seems that your concern is a known issue(Issue # 563226 SuiteQL > Suite Script runSuiteQLPaged query with "ORDER BY" returns always 0 results). I would advise you to submit a case to support team so they could attach it on the issue record and you will be notified for any movements. -Mikko
