Hi @Tris Mendoza-Oracle Are you certain it's possible via workflow? Thank you, Nickey
-
@Edwards_05 thanks for the suggestion, unfortunatly it's cut off there as well.
-
Hello, I'm trying to do this in a saved search and don't see the project/job field at all...is it an odd name? Apprecaite any assistsance. What I have is a transaction saved search for invoices that's working well, I just need to add the project ID that's listed on the line level of the invoice.
-
Good Morning, this question was asked a long time ago so wanted to see if anything has changed. Is it possible to combine two rolls in NetSuite rather then have to look at them side by side and manually update to create a hybrid custom role?
-
got it... Thanks, Nickey
-
@Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle it worked!! That's great, thanks so much for your help on this...excellent work around. Cheers, Nickey
-
Thanks @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle, are they all showing in ET or do they vary by session?
-
Good Morning @Tigran Shahnazaryan I don't follow how using the "Tax Item" not equal to "PST Tax Codes" will show me this checkbox, could you please elaborate? The field ID is taxexempt. I have tried adding it to a text and HTML formula field, the search gives a 'field not found' error. Thanks, Nickey
-
Hey @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Same thing, the pop up appears whether the qty built is equal to the qty on the work order or not. Thanks, Nickey
-
Good Morning @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Sorry for the delay on this, the recommendation unfortunatly doesn't work...this causes the pop up to appear when the status changed but always regardless of what your changing the status to or what the built qty is.
-
@Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle You might need to issue the required components first. The steps are go into edit mode and use the dropdown to select built. Thanks, Nickey
-
Morning @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Does your test enviornment use work in progress? Were using WIP and we can manually change the status to built thus the original question. I've tried the workflow your describing, it doesn't work. Thanks, Nickey
-
Hi @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle If we export a report with over 10,000 results to excel or csv can we trust that exported data? I did not see the answer to this specific question in that SuiteAnswer and were not looking for a workaround. Thank you, Nickey
-
@Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Standard fields, sorry I used the wrong names...
-
Hi @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle We only have 121 employees including those that are inactive. Thanks, Nickey
-
Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle Almost, I want a pop up or 'confirm' on a work order if the user is attempting to set the status to built and the work order qty is not equal to the built quantity.
-
Hey @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle Thank you, I understand how were notified of what will happen...what I'm wondering is how/where I can look back and see what has happened historically? Ideally a listing of all maintenance and/or upgrades performed to our enviornement, what the change was and when it happened. Regards, Nickey
-
Hey @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle Do you mean if we have more then 1,000 active customers, vendors, employees or partners saved within NetSuite this will happen regardless if the search includes them or not? I think I'm misunderstandign something becaues with all those added together we've always had more then 1,000...? Thank…
-
Hi @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle We do not have over 1,000 employees. I'd rather not share the specifics and it's happening on more then one search...we used to be able to filter by employee name using the employee field on a time saved search and now we can't, why is that?
-
@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle yes, unfortunatly that's the most common answer I find on here...can't do it, possible future enhancement. Understood, thank you.
-
@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle check what?
-
Resolved, new Formula (HTML) is required to replace previous Formula (Text)
-
Hey @Micah Timbol-Oracle Does this mean the official answer is it's not possible? thanks, Nickey
-
Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan Yes, against projects that are time and material, we don't use charge based at all. Thanks, Nickey
-
Hi @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle There are no steps to reproduce, I'm asking in general how can I tell from looking at a time entry what invoice it's been added to? I'm not sure where to start/look so I can't provide any screenshots...could be weekly timesheet, track time, project view, employee view...I don't know? Thanks,…
-
@Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle What I'm working on right now is a transaction saved search but I'm curious if this is available in any type of saved search. Thank you, Nickey
-
Hi @Ivy Lopez-Oracle Thanks for the info Adjusting in to increase our qty on hand would solve part of the issue, it would make our qty on hand correct and the part available to other orders. However, this would still leave our work order incorrect which could cause potential future issues if were looking back to see how we…
-
I created a list view that exposes 'created by', problem solved.
-
@Ivy Lopez-Oracle It didn't answer my question, it directed me to ask support...is that still considered a yes?
-
It's an assembly and no, we don't do picking or packing. Thanks, Nickey
