Hi @User_7SJYV, I also got the same result during my testing. Upon checking, it's still not yet possible to source the fields on custom record from multi-select field on advanced PDF template. I suggest submitting an enhancement request on SuiteIdeas for this behavior.

I agree with Pierre's suggestion to copy it to other accounts you're managing since any changes to these custom objects are overwritten after the refresh. You may also check SuiteAnswers ID: 19469 - Refreshing Sandbox Accounts.

Yes, that's possible. You can set two Return User Error actions set on After Field Edit and Before User Submit. Kindly note that the action triggered before user submit will still remove all the values previously entered.
