Hi @User_A7GZM Yes we can add new contacts in sales order relationships subtab. The given contact details will create aa new contact record. Please check under Lists » Relationships » Contacts.

Hi @Vernita This is NetSuite Standard behavior once you open "Create New Contact" option from the customer record you can see the role field and after saving the contact record you can't see the role field option in the same record in edit mode also . Even in Standalone Contact record also doesn't contain this field even…
