Actually, yes I think this issue was fixed by making sure you selected a site and that it is highlighted. This will then pick up the code for the store. Sorry for the delay in replying.

Is it set to flat rate instead of percentage discount? It is set to a flat rate of 90.00. We started the promo in February and it was working great sometime in the last couple of weeks it has started acting up and giving a 100% discount at invoice time not at the sales order level.

I also just noticed that our Production account does not have the new "calculate" button that I have read people talking about on here but our Sandbox account does and it is having the same problem. This is a huge problem for us...giving out 100% discounts isn't going to make us any money!!!

On the customer record there is a "Is Taxable" checkbox - untick it.
